📄 Terms and Conditions

\nEffective Date: March 23, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Captain Warsh LLC (\"Captain Warsh LLC\" or “Service Provider”).

By approving an estimate, scheduling service, or submitting payment, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to the terms below.

2. Scope of Work

Services will be performed as outlined in the estimate. Any additional services requested beyond the original estimate may result in additional charges, which will be communicated prior to completion whenever possible.

2. Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of up to 50% may be required prior to scheduling or beginning services.

Deposits secure your appointment time and cover initial scheduling, planning, and administrative costs.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable for any reason.
If the Customer cancels after scheduling, a minimum charge of $295 will be retained, or the deposit amount — whichever is greater.
If cancellation occurs due to unforeseen circumstances on customer's end, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. A $100 rebooking fee may apply per occurence.

Any work completed prior to cancellation will be invoiced accordingly according to Captain Warsh LLC's discretion.

4. Payment Terms

Remaining balance is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices are typically issued within 3 days of completion.

Balances unpaid after 30 days may incur a $100 late fee, applied every 30 days until paid.

Customer agrees that dissatisfaction or any other reason given does not void payment obligations. There will be no exceptions.

5. Satisfaction & Claims

Customer must notify us of any concerns within 24 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to address any valid issues.

Customer agrees to allow Captain Warsh LLC the opportunity to resolve any concerns, and will not be responsible if customer seeks outside repairs, refunds, chargebacks, or legal action.

6. Service Limitations

Results may vary depending on the condition, age, and maintenance of surfaces.

We do not guarantee removal of:

Paint, stains, or non-organic materials
Oxidation, permanent discoloration, or heavy buildup
Vines or deeply embedded debris
Pre-existing damage of any kind
Scratches, hard water marks, marks of any kind, broken seals, or anything else

Cleaning may reveal or highlight pre-existing damage or imperfections.

7. Property Condition & Risk

We take care to protect your property; however:

Pre-existing conditions (loose siding, aged materials, failing seals, damaged gutters or other materials, etc.) may carry inherent risk
Fragile or improperly maintained surfaces may be more susceptible to damage

Captain Warsh LLC is not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions or material failure.

8. Specific Service Notes

Soft Washing / Pressure Washing

We use methods appropriate for each surface; however:

Some materials may be sensitive due to age or prior wear
Cleaning may not restore surfaces to a like-new condition

Gutter Cleaning

Includes debris removal and basic flow checks
Does not include underground drainage clearing
Existing structural or installation issues are not caused by cleaning
We will remove some debris at our discretion that falls out of gutters while cleaning

Window Cleaning

We are not responsible for scratches, etching, failed seals, or defects caused by prior damage, cleaning methods, debris, or manufacturing issues
Hard water stains or failed seals spots may not be fully removable.
If a window breaks due to age, structural damage, or other reasons, we are not responsible

9. Landscaping & Surroundings

We take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping and surrounding areas.

Customer is responsible for notifying us of:

Delicate plants
Sensitive materials
Special concerns prior to service

Captain Warsh LLC is not responsible for any vegetation or material damage.

10. Chargebacks & Collections

Customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue. There will be no refunds or discounts given for any reason.

In the event of non-payment requiring collection or legal action, Customer agrees to be responsible for any associated costs, including all collection fees, late fees, and attorney fees.

11. Weather & Delays

Services may be rescheduled due to weather, schedule changes on our end, or unsafe conditions. We will communicate any changes as soon as we can.

12. Taxes

Customer is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

Tax exemptions must be supported by a valid exemption certificate provided prior to invoicing.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By approving an estimate, scheduling a service, or submitting payment, customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
